Dhabriya Polywood Ltd. announced it has received a work order/Letter of Intent (LOI) from Emaar India Ltd. & Godrej Properties Ltd. for the supply and installation of aluminum doors and windows facade works, valued at a total of Rs 24.72 Crore (including GST). The project, scheduled for completion in various tranches, will be executed over 12 to 18 months, with Emaar India Ltd. contributing Rs 2.89 Crore and Godrej Properties Ltd. contributing Rs 21.83 Crore to the total value. The company confirmed that no promoter group or group companies have any interest in either awarding entity, and the orders are not considered related party transactions.
